1. How can I unsubscribe from CoolSavings emails?

To remove yourself from the CoolSavings email list, simply unsubscribe at this page.

2. Do I have to create an account and log in to use CoolSavings?

No. The money-saving features of the CoolSavings coupon and savings site—like printing grocery coupons and taking advantage of FreeStuff offers—are available whether you create an account or not. However, there are advantages to becoming a member:

  1. You can tailor your offers and emails to your interests with account controls, and
  2. You can get offers specific to your town, since CoolSavings asks for your zip code if you join. (Why waste your time with coupons for men from California if you're a woman from Pennsylvania?)
3. Who has access to my personal info?

CoolSavings will neither voluntarily disclose, lease or sell any information gathered from this site to third parties for the purpose of sending you information about their product or services or for any other reason, except as otherwise set forth in our Privacy Policy.

4. I’m having trouble printing coupons. What should I do?

The printable coupons hosted on CoolSavings.com are provided through a company called Coupons, Inc. If you are having trouble printing them, visit the Coupons.com help page.

5. Can I enroll if I live outside the U.S.?

You can, but CoolSavings printable grocery coupons are currently only for use at stores in the continental USA, Alaska, and Hawaii. Only stores in these 50 states will accept CoolSavings coupons. Some offers on the site are only available within certain states or smaller regions of the United States.

6. How do I contact CoolSavings Member Services?

Click here to send a message to Member Services. Please make sure to include any details that you think are helpful. Be as specific as possible. If you're having trouble with one of our advertisers, please tell us the name of the advertiser. If you couldn't get a coupon to print, please tell us which coupon it was, as well as your printer's make and model. For more printing help, please see the Coupons.com help page.

7. If I want to buy a CoolDeal, do I need to create a CoolSavings account?

If you already are a CoolSavings member, simply log in to CoolSavings with your email and password before buying the CoolDeal. If you do not have a CoolSavings log in, you will need to create an account through Analog Analytics (our CoolDeal technology provider) when you buy the CoolDeal.

8. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

To retrieve or change your password, visit this page and you will promptly receive an automatic email with password reset instructions.

9. I can’t use CoolSavings. It seems the site is blocked for me.

This may be a technical issue, or it may be because you have asked to unsubscribe from one of our partner promotional sites. Contact Member Services to learn more.

10. I don’t have a printer but I want to use CoolSavings coupons.

We’re sorry, but the coupons on CoolSavings.com are made exclusively to be printed from a computer. Consider using a friend’s, or your public library’s computer and printer (your coupons can be printed in black and white – they do not need to be printed in color), or checking your local newspaper inserts for many of the same great savings from the same brands.
